Founded in 2014 by brothers Lui and Yui Shirako, CEDROS is inspired by their fond memories of growing up along the southwest coast in San Diego, California. Driven by a passion for the freshest flavors and a commitment to quality, they’ve created a unique sea-to-table experience that captures the essence of coastal cuisine.

CEDROS is a sea to table focused restaurant in the heart of Tokyo, Japan. Our dishes are inspired by an extensive array of culinary influences from the southern west coast. We use only the best ingredients available, sourcing fresh, local, and seasonal fish and produce daily from local markets. We update our menu every season to adapt to what’s available on the marketplace and to serve ingredients at their best, when they are naturally in season.
