CEDROS COASTAL CUISINE

CEDROS is a sea to table focused restaurant in the heart of Tokyo, Japan. Our dishes are influenced by an extensive array of culinary influences from the southern west coast. We use only the best ingredients available, sourcing fresh, local, and seasonal fish and produce daily from local markets. We update our menu every season to adapt to what's available on the marketplace and to serve ingredients at their best, when they are naturally in season.

Established in 2014 by two brothers Lui and Yui Shirako, our concept is inspired by our childhood memories growing up in San Diego, California. We are dedicated to providing our customers with a unique and intimate dining experience in a warm and relaxing environment.

店の名前の由来は僕たち兄弟が育ったカリフォルニア州、ソラナビーチにあるストリート名です。シドロスは南カリフォルニアの海岸線沿いにありオシャレなカフェ、アンティークショップ、ライブハウス等が並ぶ小さなビーチタウン。そこの雰囲気とアメリカ東海岸にあるシーフードレストランを基調とした飲食店。新鮮な魚介料理と美味しいニューワールドワインが楽しめるお店です。
